The most amazing techs and office staff made my experience a 2yr nightmare that was never ending turn into a dream come true and one of the best days of my life in a long time life got in the way of me installing a coilover suspension set in my car. The car sat for nearly 2 years, and after trying to come back to do it I discovered it had a Handful of more problems then it did when i started it due to sitting so long. I had my other car recently serviced here and they did an outta this world amazing job on that car a couple weeks prior: so I decided to drop off the second car and I was resigned to the fact that they probably wouldn’t install my suspension and I would have to settle with factory oem replacement parts and at that point I didn’t mind I was going to be happy with just getting my car on the road and I was going to install my aftermarket suspension at a later date. But without me knowing a thing my mother facilitated the installation of my coilovers with valley and I had the most amazing surprise when I was told to go pick up the car when I drove it away from the lot. It felt unbelievably dialed in and it was like it was driving on rails, I pulled over and looked under the wheel wells and had a surprise that brought me to tears. 2 years of waiting to drive this car and never getting to drive it and after only getting to drive it for 2 months when I bought it before the initial suspension problems. I was finally driving my actual dream car on the road with happy tears pouring down my face I could never thank valley enough they’re wonderful here! As well as they did a hell of a job with the install and the adjustment of the ride height and making me so unbelievably happy with such an amazing heart warming surprise.

Our car decided to illuminate every warning light at the same time. Brought to Valley Auto, who went to work to find the problem. Unfortunately, the part needed was hard to find and took time to get to the shop. James kept me an update every afternoon with any progress. Part arrived and car was fixed and couple other issues found were also handled. It also can underestimate cost, when does the happen at an auto shop. Thank you Valley Automotive for great service!

Great customer service! Everything from the appointment confirmation call, explanation of services, to even passing by kind technicians in the parking lot, the service is outstanding. Reasonable pricing with great service is a perfect combo for a 5 star review. Couldn't ask for anything more besides a larger parking lot, but that is out of their control.
